Gates Maus is an insurance and technology leader with more than a decade of P&C experience, primarily focused on the retail broker market. He previously spent seven years at Attune Insurance, a digital platform simplifying small business insurance for brokers, where he led product management, and began his career as a P&C broker at WTW. As founder of Arvor, he continues his mission to help brokers be trusted advisors to their clients.
Anna Beach
Anna is a seasoned executive, operator, and strategic advisor with more than 30 years of experience building and scaling high-growth companies in the insurance and technology sectors. She specializes in operational excellence, company building, and leading startups through periods of rapid growth and transformation. Prior to Arvor, she built and led strategy, operations, and risk functions across multiple high-growth organizations, including serving as Chief Insurance and Operations Officer at Newfront Insurance.
Alex Cruikshank
Alex began his career during the dot-com boom and never looked back. He's partnered with more than 50 companies of all sizes, from scrappy startups to enterprise giants, across industries and technologies spanning web, mobile, and crypto. Through it all, one conviction has guided his work: product-driven development wins. At Arvor, he's putting that philosophy to work to help craft the future of AI-enabled insurance process automation.
Kevin Watt
Kevin is a seasoned commercial P&C insurance professional with deep expertise in brokerage and client advisory. He most recently led market strategy and broker operations at Vouch, a digital-native insurance provider, where he built and led teams serving high-growth technology companies. Earlier in his career, Kevin spent nine years at Aon advising Fortune 500 clients on executive liability.
